No Guarantee of Employment: Applycot is a career management tool. We do not guarantee job interviews, employment offers, or specific career outcomes.

AI Output Accuracy: Insights, match percentages, skill gap analysis, and generated interview prep content are produced by artificial intelligence algorithms for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated suggestions should be reviewed and verified by the user prior to submitting real-world job applications.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information regarding your professional experience and identity.
• You agree not to upload malicious files, viruses, or content that violates intellectual property rights.
• You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to exploit Applycot’s backend infrastructure or third-party API integrations.

By uploading resumes, work histories, or notes to Applycot, you grant us permission to process this data solely for the purpose of providing, improving, and personalizing your platform experience. All design, branding, original software code, visual layouts, and platform architecture of Applycot remain the exclusive property of Applycot. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the platform for personal, non-commercial career management use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Applycot and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, missed application deadlines, or failed job opportunities.
